Sales Representative
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Salesperson to join our office-based team. Besides having experience in business development, we are expecting you to have strong organisation, leadership and communication skills.
Are you someone who has experience of working in a targeted sales environment where you have navigated gatekeepers, identified decision makers and proactively worked to understand customer needs? Then this might be the roll for you!
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our Brand Alchemists sales team, you’ll join a motivated and energetic team that work with clients and suppliers to sell our promotional merch!

What You'll Need To Be Successful
Business Development – Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
Results driven – You’ll be able to demonstrate where you have achieved or exceeded new business sales targets and will be able to apply sales methodologies to ensure successful sales conversations!
Grit & determination – You’ll be familiar with working in a volume calls sales environment and will have an innate drive to succeed!
Sales capability – You’ll demonstrate the ability to follow a proven sales cycle that includes identifying and engaging with decision-makers, managing an effective discovery conversation, providing solution-based selling capability and the ability to close sales on one call.
